By using our site or submitting a quote request, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is established in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including: your name, email address, phone number, company name, location, and any information included in your message. We collect only the information necessary to respond to your request and provide our services.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes: responding to your quote request; contacting you by phone call, text message (SMS), or email regarding your request, our products, and our services; preparing and following up on quotes; and complying with our legal obligations. We do not use your information for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected without first obtaining your consent.
4. PHONE NUMBERS AND TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS
4.1 Consent: By providing your phone number in our quote request form, you consent to be contacted by WINDOSMART by phone call or text message (SMS) regarding your quote request, our products, and our services, including quote follow-ups, order and delivery updates, and customer care messages. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase.
4.2 Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan; contact your mobile carrier for details.
4.3 Opting Out: You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive, or by emailing us at contact@windosmart.com. After you reply STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. 4.4 No Sharing of Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is described in Section 5. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold, or rented to any third parties.
5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may use service providers (for example, website hosting and email delivery) that process information on our behalf, solely to the extent necessary to perform their services and under confidentiality obligations.
