Every WINDOSMART rig includes a reverse-osmosis and deionization (RO/DI) system that strips the minerals out of your water supply. Pure water dries with zero spots — glass is left clean with no wiping, no squeegee, and nobody at height.
Fully automated on the rig
Plug the hose into the building's water outlet — the system runs itself from there.
Auto-pressurizing booster pump
The pump detects the incoming water and pressurizes the system to the optimal PSI for the current flow rate and temperature — driving a far higher filtration rate than competing systems.
Hands-off tank filling
The tanks fill on their own. Once full, the pump and water shut off automatically; the moment they start draining, everything restarts — no valves to babysit.
Intelligent maintenance mode
During low water demand the system enters a maintenance mode that extends reverse-osmosis membrane life by up to 5× versus competing solutions.
Real-time TDS monitoring
An onboard TDS sensor reports water purity at all times and alerts the operator before it reaches a level that would leave streaks.
Reverse osmosis
High-pressure membranes remove the bulk of dissolved minerals and sediment from the incoming water supply.
Deionization
A DI resin polishes the water down to near-zero TDS — the purity that lets it dry perfectly clear.
Spot-free finish
With no minerals left to leave behind, the water sheets off the glass and dries streak- and spot-free.
